The venue

The meeting will take place at Cohen Quad, part of Exeter College which is located on Walton Street. (The venue is NOT the main Exeter College site). The information on the "Getting to Oxford" tab shows how to walk to the venue (5 minutes) from the main bus station at Gloucester Green (for arrivals from London or Heathrow or Gatwick Airports), and how to walk to the venue (10 minutes) from Oxford railway station (for arrivals by train, including From Birmingham International airport).

All the accommodation and the scientific programme will be at the Cohen Quad site.

On arrival please report to the front desk at Cohen Quad. The staff will direct you to your room if you are staying at the venue, or will direct you to the registration desk.

Meals are provided during the meeting from Tuesday lunchtime (March 14th) until Thursday lunchtime. There are also a range of restaurants on Walton Street or on Little Clarendon Street a few minutes north of Cohen Quad.

The banquet dinner on Wednesday 15th will be the only activity at the main Exeter College site (about 10 minutes walk away) - see map
